TRYING MY HARDEST, by Anthony L. Waters

poetry:

Trying my hardest to do the right thing like Spike Lee,
upset so I close my eyes wishing everybody would flee,
its always a problem or a situation that occur,
I seen life,
but it was a blur,
can’t remember to much of nonething,
but I couldn’t forget about u,
I thought about u often,
now I wish there was no skeletons in closets
with words that died in coffins,
my heart has softened I’m alive and walking,
I now regret my loses.

I am trying my hardest to change my obvious,
no more close curtains and holding burdens,
teasing death and flertin.

I use my mind to make my plans,
and the world will be the place where I will take my stand,
you can give a person knowledge but u can’t make them think,
some people want to remain fools only because the truth requires change.

I’M TRYING MY HARDEST SO CHOOSE ME BECAUSE OF MY WORKS NOT BECAUSE U FEEL OBLIGATED NEVER DO ANYTHING OUT OF OBLIGATION OR DESPERATION DO EVERYTHING WITH GRATITUDE AND LOVE,IT’S MORE POWERFUL THAT WAY..

peace to the true and living
