Beading started out just being a hobby of mine, but now I can’t stop!
I’ve only had a job for a month in the Three years I’ve been in prison.
Only because I was transfered a month after I got a job at my old prison. Then when I came to Stafford Creek I was enrolled in the welding class.
So I have been relying alot on my family for the things I need in here.
To thank them I bead them gifts. It relaxes me and Im good at it lol.
Usually I bead what they ask me for, but recently I have been innovative.The process is done by drawing a pattern or printing out a picture first.
Then you place beads ontop of the pattern. Usually 2-3 beads at a time. Its a long process, but doing this leaves me wishing at had MORE time. Not more time in prison, but more time in the day, if that makes sense. It makes my time fly by and my family loves the things I come up with.
