ATHEISM IN PRISON

One of the things that I had to change about myself was to realize that I was even capable of change, that my mind was capable of doing what was necessary to improve my life. And the first step in that was rejecting all authority. It didn’t matter what that authority was (a bad idea, God, people I had previously looked up to, etc.); the point was to embrace the idea that my mind was the final judge. And every positive change in my life has flowed from there.

  1. Struggling with Atheism for the last few weeks since my best friend died of Cancer. Think I’m sill an Atheist, want to believe there is a Heaven so I can picture her there. It’s not in my heart though.
