My name is Richard Moore. I am 51 years old and am doing a life sentence at the TOLEDO CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTION in Toledo, Ohio. I was arrested June 2nd, 2003 for the case I am currently serving time for and have now been incarcerated 17 years.
