THE RIGHT SIDE OF THE GRASS

Today Im alive.
Today I woke up.
Today I find myself on “The Right Side of The Grass”.

I dont know what the day will bring.
Trials, tests or maby even tradgity.
I know I will triumph.

My life has purpous, even if its outlines are still faded.
I will not take for granted he gifts of today.
The tradgity my good friend swims in today, inspires me.

My life and that of those around me seems more prescious.
Why do we often find we miss somthing when its time has passed?
I am guilty more often than not.

Today my friend will begin a long prosses of healing.
Today his mother is committed to memory.
How many people fade into memory each day?

I am reaching out to those I love today.
I will discard the rat race, slow down and take the time.
Im going to let love guide me.

Life is real and love is real.
There can be love with out life.
Can there be life with out love?

I have so much love that rarely finds its mark.
I have forgoten the innocence of my childhood.
I am in pursuite of breaking back out of myself.

Today am alive.
Today Im awake.
Today I find myself on “The Right Side of the Grass”.
