My name is Noni Stinson and I have been incarcerated since August of 2006. I am a 42 year old mother of two. I graduated high school at the age of 16 and entered the Air Force at 17. I attended college and made the Dean’s List every year. I also was recognized in Who’s Who of America three consecutive years. After obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, I went on to strive for a Master’s Degree. Having achieved all of this…I still ended up in the Florida department of corrections and I am currently serving a 30 year sentence for manslaughter. You may be asking yourself how someone seemingly so intelligent found themselves in this situation. All I can say is that abuse and injustice is no respector of person.
