The story behind my book ‘The Breaking of the Cuban Link’ was a long time coming for me. The idea came to mind after my incarceration when I began to ponder over my tour of recklessness in the streets and realized how much I missed out on in life.

I also realized that at some point I became the bad influence to my youth that I swore I’d never become. I genuinely feel like it’s my duty to guide my young people who are stuck in the hood and try to give them what wasn’t given to me. In the weeks to come I plan on sharing tidbits from the book that I hope is shared with those who it may have a positive influence on. In the mean time the book is currently available on amazon.
