Everyone has a purpose in life, if you ask yourself what is your purpose what would you say? purpose is direction and a lot of young black kids don’t have that. They watch LOVE AND HIP HOP Atlanta, and think that’s what life is about, or you might see Lee Daniels producing TV Shows like STAR AND EMPIRE and Feel like you need to step yo game up in order to go to the next level. You might feel as if you’re only mission in life is to “fuck bitches and get money” But what is purpose? For me purpose is being a strong leader. Being yourself not what they want you to be. You can’t advance to the next level by meeting low expectations. For instance, if you’re kicking-it with your homies, and one of them asks you, “Let’s buy some dope and re-up our money”. Or tell yourself, “If I pimp these hoes, I’ll make millions”. That’s low expectations. There’s too much negativity and put-downs in the black community to subject ourselves to low expectations!!! A true Man Who’s representing “Eye God culture” does not poison himself or his people! we increase the quality of life, elevating minds to the highest point of Understanding with the assured Knowledge to excel. That is what “the culture” is about. “Each one teach one so we can go a mile to reach one” is what we preach, we never decrease because we understand Mathematics-and in mathematics a positive and a negative always equals out to a positive, So positive growth always leads to higher elevation. See as black Gods we have certain qualities about ourselves that is unique, hypnotic in a way. Our words-the way we say things, our movements are captivating, hypnotizing in a sense. We have a certain style and grace about ourselves that only we can attain being the Original Asiatic people-when following our trends-people tend to think they can “Do Us” better than we can (unnatural folks). That’s why we become the best pimps, macks, playas and hustlers with our own way of doing thangs because we be the Original people. We’re incredibly skillful people so much so, that we come up with the most elaborate ideas to flourish in Amerika’s society even when strong forces are against us, we thrive. So seeing the word Afrofuturist, what comes to mind? anyone who is for the progress of Afro-Life is an Afrofuturist, Marcus Garvey Jr was a Afrofuturist. His mission was to unite blacks throughout the world and improve conditions for black and brown people everywhere. Born in Jamaica he founded the Universal Negro Improvement Association (UNIA), declaring that his goal was to unite all people of African ancestry. He told his followers that God was a black man and that black people are gods chosen people. He uplifted blacks in many ways and gained a huge following of Garveyites who followed his path in:
1.to promote the sprit of African race, pride and love, 2.to reclaim the fallen of the race, 3.reclaim the fallen of the race (especially the criminal class and help them to a state of good citizenship) 4.to promote One god, One aim, One destiny and uplifting our people.
The Afrofuturist is constantly evolving to fit the needs of African peoples everywhere, Changing and reshaping it’s views to fit the times of his fellowman, the Afrofuturist is progressive in his walk to uplift the Original folks of planet earth. I write this poem:
THE AFROFUTURIST
Developed for a purpose and became larger and more advanced, enhanced increasing the quality of life. All he had was his style a black male with his own way of doing it. To be the Afrofuturist you have to survive. to be open-minded dealing with all walks of life upon this planet earth and teach each other truth (Knowledge, Wisdom, Understanding). To be at peace with yoself, the Afrofuturist helps. He expresses the energy of African culture, a evolving doctrine he’s a living poster of prophecy. Predicting, A storyteller, Saying what’s finna happen before it happens always speaking his mind about the divine he finds solutions and know the answers to all problems. “The Oracle” some might say, but anyway he travels through the universe, claiming he knows the Cosmos and what’s in the outer space and that Afro-peoples have No place on planet earth. The Afrofuturist teleports, back to Sudan, Ethiopia, and Egypt to be with the Gods who sent him. Infinite is the Afrofuturist with a modern movement in art, music and literature. The Afrofuturist is the Australopithecus who walks through dimensions-seeking new inventions so that he may live free for eternity and be who he wanted to be. the Afrofuturist exist, improving ways that we see fit and believe in me the Afrofuturist.
The purpose behind Afrofuturism is to change the dynamic of white influence and promote African culture around the world-in open confidence and brake the bondage we share with them, when the stereotypical Uncle Tom niggas who disgrace their on race, and put white people on high platforms all to be accepted we replace those niggas fast. If you ask me, whatever they say ain’t accepted by society is just what white people don’t accept. So the the pursuit of Afrofuturism-in motion, with African Culture shock will change minds. If you understand “Natural Laws of the universe” which is the order set to restore the universe to it’s natural order, these Laws were handed down by The Egyptian Goddess Ma’at to “keep Order in the Court” where ever justice was needed. Some might sound familiar.
