In documents sent to me from the Ohio Attorney General’s Office, Assistant Attorney General Sarah E. Pierce claims that the Ohio Secretary of State has registered the Army of the 12 Monkeys as an unincorporated association and has recognized me as the owner of the trademark name, “Army of the 12 Monkeys.” The official certificates comemmorating these events were signed on 20 October 2017.
That means the Army of the 12 Monkeys is an officially recognized non-profit with legal protections under Ohio law. Not only that, but the Army of the 12 Monkeys is registered as an “animal enterprise” and interference with the Army of the 12 Monkeys is a federal crime that carries a terrorisim specification.
With these official documents, I can now compel the ODRC to remove the Army of the 12 Monkeys from its “security threat group” database and, if I know what I’m doing, I can make the ODRC transfer over to me all bloc grant funding it has managed to swindle from the federal government since March 1, 2013, for monitoring the Army of the 12 Monkeys.
Because I dated the first use of the trademark name as March 1, 2013, any compensation received by any entity for use of that name rightfully belongs to me.
I’m gonna be rich.
Not only am I going to be rich, but the Ohio prisons are gonna be poor. Really poor. As of now, “gang monitoring” is a big industry. For each gang and gang member, the prisons get a chunk of funds from the federal government. They use those millions of dollars to keep their plantation system rolling.
Not anymore.
Each of those gangs can now employ the same method I employed, registering themselves as unincorporated associations and registering the trademark names, forcing the ODRC to take those groups out of the gang database– crips, bloods, gangsta disciples, aryan brothers, and on and on.
That’s why Shady Three-Eighty and his minions worked so hard to keep these documents from me– stealing mail from the Secretary of State and even the Warren County courts. What they didn’t anticipate is that I would sue the Ohio Secretary of State, and that the Ohio Secretary of State’s counsel, the Ohio Attorney General, to get the case dismissed, would file with the court all those documents… and send me service copies of everything.
Bingo.
This means the Ohio Secretary of State recognizes the legal existence of the Army of the 12 Monkeys… and so does the Ohio Attorney General… and so do the Ohio courts. It would seem the only fuckin’ moron who has not gotten the memo is WCI Warden Shady Three-Eighty. He still thinks he knows more than everybody else– including the very office assigned to defend him when he gets sued for interfering with a legally-registered non-profit.
