i just saw a statistic that said…
there were more blacks incarcerated in 2015, than there were slaves in slavery back in 1850!!!
who is mass incarceration helping right now?
because its surely not helping our society as a whole. there has to be an alternative, and i believe it STARTS with education, and better family morals.
