To be intoned within self will create the power that will over power all
desires .

To say with meaning is never a waste of time .

To stop your self is the 1,# component of having full control yes self
selfdisapline you’ll always win in all .

On to one should focus on not on what goes out , but what good that one feels with having self control .

Cause many if not all desires can be very unhealthy .

It’s just never good to over indulge with desires .

But it is ok to partake .

To enjoy desires that perserve us .
