SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED DOES NOT MEAN shall not be infringed. The Supreme Court has effectively killed the constitution with its Rahimi ruling. If the plain words in the constitution don’t mean what they say, then what do they mean? The Supreme court says it means whatever they say whenever they say it. And they have a prerogative to change their minds whenever they want.
Your right to bear arms is not a right granted by the constitution, neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. In U.S. v. Cruikshank, 92 US 541, the court stated, “The Second Amendment declares that it shall not be infringed, but this means no more than that it shall not be infringed by congress.”
Recognize the word game and you will see the game being played. Bruen and Rahimi cannot be reconciled. In Bruen, the court started with the plain language (“shall not be infringed”). In Rahimi, no where in the majority opinion does the phase exist.
In other cases, the court claims it “refused to read plain language to mean anything other than what it says.” Health and Hosp. Corp. v. Talevski, 599 US 177. In Rahimi, the language of the Second Amendment was declared vague. If shall not be infringed is vague, then no language in the constitution is plain.
The Solictor General exposed the truth of the matter. He stated, The government may violate your rights whenever they want to. Essentially, the Supreme Court has made it clear, Americans have no constitutional rights! Americans may only ask the Supreme Court to protect them for an oppressive federal government. So far, the Court has refused to do so, even though they swore to protect and defend the constitution. It’s the old fox in the hen house story. Those sworn to protect the constitution are the ones destroying it!
You do have a human right to self-defense, which is where your right to bear arms comes from. You also have a human right to kill a tyrant for trying to take your right to Life, Liberty or the pursuit of happiness. Heller, 128 S.Ct at 2799. What good is a constitution if it doesn’t mean what it says. Patriots, The Tree of Liberty is being destroyed!
