For those who follow my blog and may follow the issues plaguing the Judiciary system, I am putting out the need of ideas for the United States Sentencing Commission for the upcoming year and years to follow.
The commission has requested comments and suggestions concerning the Federal Guidelines. They wish what needs to be addressed, what data to research, which groups to talk with, and so on.
I have already sent a letter to the commission with my own suggestions and I would ask your support in doing the same. Hopefully with enough ideas that will bring attention to the commission who will act to make the guidelines more up-to-date and fairer for all.
