State Sanctioned Murder — 40 Years into its Conclusion by Alexander Cameron

Back in June of 1987, Alexander “Cameron”, an innocent black man, was deliberately and conspiratorially convicted for the rape of a person whom is of the Blood Type “O.” However, Cameron, has just recently discovered the alleged victim in his case — a person by the name of Ellin Walsh — whom accused and took the witness stand against Cameron, at trial, is of the Blood Type: “B-Negative”

In other words: There is no record on file in the Circuit Court for the City of Alexandria, depicting an Ellin Walsh, who is of the blood type “B-Negative,” as having been raped by Alexander Cameron.
–and being that there is no record on File of Cameron, having committed said crime:
automatically means Cameron has violated no provision(s) of the Code of Virginia

–and being that Cameron, has violated no provision of the Code of Virginia:
makes it impossible for Cameron to petition the Court(s) for his freedom, due to the Fact that there is no record on File for the court(s) to adjudicate Cameron’s, petition(s) against.

-and, as a consequence of Cameron, having violated no provision of the Code of Virginia:
automatically makes Cameron, the victim of the following Crimes: Kidnapping; Conspiracy to Commit Murder and solicitation of Murder.

Cameron has brought these newly discovered B-Negative blood type evidences to the attention of the Virginia Justice System on several occasions, and the Virginia Justice System on several occasions has acknowledged said B-Negative blood type to be true indeed. However, due to the crimes of Kidnapping: Conspiracy to Commit Murder and Solicitation of Murder, that such an acknowledgement encompass, the Virginia Justice System has consistently refused to take remedial measure’s to correct this obvious Injustice/Killing, which is 40 years into its conclusion

Estopple:
This case is one of estopple, due to the fact that the “o” blood type of the person Cameron is in prison for, and the B-Negative blood type of Ellin Walsh, is never going to change. Therefore, it is only out of posterity that I’ll address the questions of why.

Why change the blood type?

The criminal motive behind changing Ellin Walsh’s blood type From B-Negative to “O” was for the purpose of making it appear that Cameron, (whom is blood type “O”) and Ellin Walsh, had identical “O” blood type’s, thereby, facilitating the false forensic testimony of a false Forensic Scientist by the name of Deanne “Dabb” whose False Testimony not only placed Cameron at the scene of the crime, but even more sinister the said False testimony placed Cameron’s penis inside of the Vagina OF Ellin Walsh:
Thereby falsely testifying: That as a consequence of Cameron and Ellin Walsh, having Identical “O” blood type’s, Cameron, could not be eliminated as a possible contributor of said sperm; This false testimony by Dabbs, is no more than a trigger to vicious trap set in the minds of the all white jury, by Ellin Walsh, in her prior testimony, thereby testifying she had not had sex within the past Nine (9) Months prior to being raped by Cameron. Simply Put: This False testimony, makes it impossible For Cameron, to be eliminated as possible contributor of said Sperm.

Why didn’t your lawyer correct the blood type?

Cameron’s, Attorneys, a Becky J. Moore and James C. Clark (both of whom became judges after Cameron’s malicious conviction) were impostors whom, unbeknownst to Cameron, took Cameron’s, case away from the Alexandria Public Defender’s Office for the conspiratorial purpose of assisting their friend, Prosecutor John Kloch, whom was [allegedly] in a sexual relationship with Becky J. Moore, during said time.

Conspiracy put simple: Attorney’s Becky J. Moore, James C. Clark, False Forensic Scientist Deanne Dabs and Prosecutor John Kloch, all knew, before, during and after trial, that Ellin Walsh’s true blood type was B-Negative. However, all of them proceeded on throughout the entire trial without correcting each others usage of the False blood type of “O” which automatically constitutes conspiracy. And the Fact that all of them have acknowledged Ellin Walsh’s true blood type to be B-Negative and still refuse to take remedial measures to correct this wrong only means this conspiracy was deliberate with murderous intentions and that none of them wants to go to prison for this murder they continue to exact upon Cameron. Note: It isn’t Camerons, intentions to play the Race Card, however, if the Race Card chose to play its self, then, you should listen!

Fingerprints:
Fingerprints were indeed located in the exact Five (5) places Ellin Walsh testified Cameron touched, however, the Crime Scene Detective, a James I Ammons, testified, that fingerprint were indeed lifted and processed from the exact Five(5) place’s Ellin Walsh testified Cameron touched, but, that said Fingerprint’s did not match Cameron’s fingerprints and that the owner of said Fingerprints has never been identified.
*One interesting caveat, as it pertains to Fingerprints and the Point of Entry:
At the preliminary hearing, the allege victim testified that Cameron, pushed his way into the apartment (one of the locations fingerprints were lifted From). However, at trial when it came to the Point of Entry, the alleged victim testified that Cameron stuck his foot in the door. The reason the Prosecutor had the alleged victim change her point of entry testimony, was, because, the Prosecutor Knew Crime Scene Detective John H. Ammons (the only other black person in this whole equation) wasn’t going to change his testimony as to the identity of the person who’s fingerprints were lifted From the door in the exact place where the allege victim testified Cameron pushed his way into her apartment.

Camera Footage:
Yes, there was indeed Camera Footage, however, Cameron, wasn’t in any of said Footage.

Identification:
Cameron, was misidentified, through an impermissible photo array presented to the allege
victim by a Detective Ann Melchior and a Officer Blaine Corte; where in, Cameron, was clean shaving, brown skinned, curly hair and the only person in the photo array with Battle dress camouflage Army Fatigues on. Moreover, it was these very Two Detective’s, whom, testified at Cameron’s, extradition hearing in Fayetteville, North Carolina, thereby, falsely testifying, that Cameron, was living in the apartment building at the time of said crime with a person by the name of Gregory Torrance; Cameron, has never known anyone by the name of Gregory Torrance, – and if such a person exist (s) The, will confirm this lie used by these Two Detective’s, to Kidnap Cameron, From his home in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Note: This mysterious person by the name of Gregory Torrance, was never produced as a witness at trial-and even more sinister than that; When it came time For Cameron’s, False attorney’s to cross examine these two detectives at trial, they just simply said, “I have no Questions For this witness.”

D.N.A.
DNA Testing is no longer an option due to the Simple Fact that the Commonwealth’s Attorney, destroyed the blood vials of the allege victim in a Frivolous attempt to conceal the False “O” blood type used at trial, thereby, anticipating that Cameron, would never discover Ellin Walsh’s true B-Negative blood type.
Moreover, and in light of Cameron, discovering Ellin Walsh’s, true B-Negative blood type, even if a DNA Test was conducted, exactly what blood type would the Commonwealth Attorney like to be representative of Ellin Walsh: It can’t be, “O” because, we now know the blood type of Ellin Walsh, is B-negative and can’t be B-negative, because the blood type of the record Cameron, is in prison pursuant to is: “O”.

Simply Put:

Without the blood vials of Ellin Walsh, there is no Identity of the evidence being DNA Tested.

Lip Motioning:
In addition to these killers who took Cameron’s case away from the Alexandria Public Defender’s Office and these Killers in the name of a Prosecutor and Forensic Scientist, there are several more and proven to be so material false witnesses; however, and even more sinister than; not only did all of these false material witnesses perjure themselves in their handling of material evidence while in their possession, but all of them, as a consequence of the Prosecutor, “Literally” Lip Motioning them all on what to say during direct testimony, all of them were mumbling and stumbling over their word selection during these testimonies of perjury,: See trial transcripts Note: These pantomiming on the part of the Prosecutor, were done in full view of the whole cart.
Suffice it to say., On June 11 and 12, of 1987, The circuit court for the City of Alexandria, was not a Place of jurisprudence, but a vicious crime scene, where the most vilest of hate crime(s) were exacted upon Cameron, and now that the perpetrator’s of said hate crime/ Killing has been exposed for the Murder they committed against that innocent, impoverished, illiterate black child all them years ago.

They are now too cowardice to take responsibility for their pernicious action’s/crime’s – and too ashamed of themselves for getting caught by that illiterate black child, whom, over the year’s has transcended his illiteracy, and, thereby has brought to the attention of the whole world, exactly what these Killer’s has done to him however, and thus Far, it appears as if the whole world, is honoring these killer’s requests for the Solicitation of of Cameron’s, Murder, thereby standing idly by in silence. Therefore, if you are a student of law or a person of consciousness-and you are reading this synopsis, you have just been recruited by the U.S. Constitution and the Creator respectively to intervene on Cameron’s behalf (by any means necessary) and put a stop to this senseless killing that is 40 years into it’s conclusion.

Caution, for not to entertain these truth’s, that these indelible writing has etch upon your essences, will indeed place your moral compass in a state of flux on your future decisions on what’s right and what’s wrong, therefore, to maintain peace within you should do the right thing and contact Cameron.

Conclusion:
Due to Cameron having violated no provision of the Code of Virginia, automatically makes Cameron’s, imprisonment a State Sponsored Kidnapping/ Killing, which is sure to end in Cameron taking his last breath in this Filthy prison cell if you don’t step up and help Cameron, and save what little life he has left.
