Since when is it wrong to “agree to disagree”?? It’s okay to have different points of view without being enemies or hating each other. Diversity gives Life its Beauty, & different angles allow the whole picture to be seen, or @ the very least it gives birth to Understanding. Understanding how We all see things & why We feel a certain way about certain things helps Us learn how to deal with each other, what to expect from each other, & how to Respect each other. If nothing else, We can @ least Respect one another even in the midst of disagreement.

Everyday We see the effects of what happens she. people refuse to take accountability & Think for themselves. The fear-inducing rhetoric, hate mongering, & blatant presentation of falsehoods used by the politicians & corporate elitists of today have become Btw modus operandi, rather than just subliminal bully tactics. When you’re able to tap into the biases, fears, & insecurities of others, while exciting their passions with the zeal of a united front & giving them scapegoats for all their problems,… you now have control over them.

This was not the Republic envisioned by the founders of the United States of America, yet this is what We’ve become. This is supposed to be a Democracy for The People, by the People; established on the Principles of Freedom, Acceptance, Unity, Brotherhood, Equality, & Human Rights. The People are ALL of the people, not just a select few or a.specific demographic with certain views. This Great Experiment in N. America was designed to be a Beacon of Hope to the rest of the world as a shining example of what can be accomplished when We nourish & encourage the best in each other, extracting each one’s Potential for Greatness in accord with the Greater Good.

Right now, We Americans are allowing divisions & insecurities to influence Our thinking to such a degree that We’re essentially relinquishing Our Power, Freedom, & Our Rights. We are allowing those who should be serving Our best interests (politicians aka public servants), to abuse Our trust & make Us feel like We need to appease them, while they push their own agendas.

Our Rights are steadily eroding down to the status of privileges. When are We going to wake up? When it’s too late & a “Third Reich” has risen on Our shores & asserted control over Our Nation?? Or when Our most dangerous enemies are domestic & foreign powers are meeting to figure out how to deal with “the American situation”?
What kind of world do you want to live in? What world do you really want your grandchildren & great-grandchildren to grow up in? Are you okay with tension & hate being the prevalent environment in which We all operate just as long as the hate isn’t directed @ you, & it makes you feel superior to others? Is that really what We signed up for??

That’s not a world I want to live in. It’s not the life I envision for future generations. We have to do better & be better for them. Every single one of Us with the ability to affect change has a responsibility to do Our part to make Our Communities, cities, states, Our Country more peaceful, prosperous, progressive, & unified than it was when We entered this world. If not, then what are We doing; what is Our Purpose? We The People have the final say in what this Nation’s Legacy will be. We can determine if it implodes from wicked machinations inciting separateness, elitism, disregard, callousness, & selfishness; or if these United States of America will shine bright with the Eternal Flame of Unity, Brotherhood, Justice, Love, Accountability, & Independent Interdependence!!

This is what each one of Us must decide. What will We stand on, & how will We live Our lives?
