Anarchist Prisoner Sean Swain has been held without a legal conviction or sentence since 1991 for the self-defense killing of a court official’s relative who broke into his home. In response to his public criticism of their criminal agenda, Ohio prison officials subjected Sean to a year-long regimen of domestic torture in 2012. They have, since his exposure of their crimes against humanity, fabricated justifications for calling Sean a terrorist, and have illegally transferred him to another state prison system in an effort to make it impossible for Sean to gain parole.
Sean co-wrote ‘Last Act of the Circus Animals,’ available from Little Black Cart. He has also written ‘Ohio,’ a deconstruction of the hierarch mythology, soon available from Little Black Cart; and ‘Opposing Torture,’ which details the repression he faced when attempting to expose Ohio’s illegal torture program and the prison officials who ran it. He contributes weekly segments to the Final Straw Radio Show now on the Channel Zero Network online and available on subscribing Pacifica stations.
