CHECK THIS OUT, by VERNON BROWN

I THOUGHT ABOUT TODAY AND THE CURRENT EVENTS.
HOW SITTIN’ AROUND DOIN’ NOTHIN’ AIN’T TIME WELL SPENT.
BUT I’M CAUGHT UP IN THE MOMENT ‘CAUSE THE MOMENT IS SLOW.
GOTTA’ KNOCK DOWN THE MIND BLOCK, FA’ SHO’.
SO I…GRAB MY SOCKS AND SHOES, AND MY CANVAS.
B.K.A. MY MAIN TOOL OF UNDERSTANDIN’.
ONCE UPON A TIME, I HAD A SINISTER TOOL.
45 REASONS THAT MADE THE CROWD MOVE.
THEN I STUCK MYSELF ON A SHELF, I GOT PLAYED
SERVIN’ 10, 950 DAYS.
WISH I WOULDA’ KNEW FO’ I TOOK THAT FALL.
THAT SLOW MONEY IS BETTER THAN NO MONEY AT ALL.
BET, I MIGHT REGRET IT, BUT…I DONT SWEAT IT.
GIVIN’ UP THE GRAPES TO MAKE GREATS, IF YOU LET IT.
HIT ME WIT’ THE NITTY AND I’LL HIT YOU WIT’ JEWELS.
SEE A 40 AND SOME KNOWLEDGE. WHICH ONE DO YOU CHOOSE?

IT’S NOT ALWAYS EASY TO MAKE THE RIGHT CHOICE. WHAT’S GOOD FOR SOME SOME AIN’T GOOD FOR OTHERS.
JUST BE SURE TO THINK ABOUT IT…BEFORE YOU CHOOSE.
‘CAUSE IF YOU MAKE THE WRONG CHOICE…YOU LOSE.
I KNOW YOU FEEL ME.
