My name is Maurice Williams, I am 36yrs old. I was incarcerated in 2009 serving a 13yr mandatory term. I have been on a mental journey assessing myself and the prior decisions that caused my imprisonment. I strive daily to become a better human being and man of integrity. I like to play basketball, write poetry, and I also enjoy making music. My of my favorite things to do is write and express my thoughts, to be able to look back and see where is was and where I now stand as far us mental growth and prosperity.
