Hi, I agree with what you wrote re: inmate funds being disbursed to the supposed trusted. My son, who is incarcerated in WA ST. Owes the state thousands of dollars for being detained. When money is placed on his books, it is immediately removed and he’s only allowed $10 out of lets say $1000. The medical attention towards inmates there are below min standards. The list goes on. I’ve always been curious as to how the state is using that money. I’d like to try what you suggested, but because of privacy laws here in WA, I’m not sure I could attain record of bank info. Do you know if this works for all 50 states?
