Alice ville in Alabama. She got resentenced last yr to 12years. But there is a woman charged with same crime same age as kiara and she was sentenced to 15 yrs on paper. Meaning she got 15yrs suspended on probation. But she then violated for dui and they sentenced her to 6months. How come for a first time offense kiara didn’t get same thing?
