LIBERTY, JUSTICE, and EQUALITY for ALL in a NATION DIVIDED? by OTIS MADISON

Imagine a world where everyone looked, behaved and shared the same ideas, views and ideologies as you and no one opposed. I don’t know about you, but a world like that will be boring and not worth living in to me. Which is why Americas wide array of diverse-culturalism is one of the main things that makes it so great. Understand that by the naturalistic order of things, with this joy comes pain. A pain that one culture has to feel in surmountable disproportions than others. A pain that could be understood if it fell in line with the fairness of others.
During the 2016 Presidential Campaign, one of Hillary Clinton’s conventions were disrupted by protesters and she was confronted by some members of the Black Lives Matter Movement. Hillary was asked by a speaker of the movement, “if you were to be elected president, what will you do to change peoples heart about racism in America?”. Hillary’s answer, “there is nothing I can do to change peoples heart, but what I will do is ask that you get with your people, put together a plan surrounding the issues and the possible solutions, bring it to me so that I can take it to my people who don’t hear or understand what it is that you’re saying and we move forward from there.” She go on to say, “let me tell you this, if your goal is to go around and change what’s in peoples heart then you do that and I promise you that we’ll be back here dealing with the same thing 10 years from now. So while your goal is to change hearts, my goal is to change and create laws.” The reaction that came from her answer were, “Oh. She ran away from the question. She wasn’t expecting it so she didn’t have a prepared answer, etc.”.
TRUTH, stands alone! It isn’t shy. It don’t bend. It don’t fold. Its not bias. It don’t run away. In fact, it has the reputation as being too harsh to be accepted; leaving it up to the individual to: see, accept, step around, shy away from, look past, run from, ignore or continue to be blind to TRUTH!
A NATION DIVIDED? Hillary Clinton, if nothing else, gave truth as her answer. The fact of the matter is, it is our individuality and our natural RIGHTS to feel, speak, think and do what we please that makes us unique as human beings. No one has the right to enforce when or what another person should or shouldn’t think because to do so will be going against the natural order of things. Therefore a system was put in place by the people to be controlled by the people for the purpose of governing and servicing the people. Taking the stand to say no one can tell you what or when to think, but we can show you how to think.
To set out to change hearts is pretentious; great ambition, fruitless aspiration. The proof of that is there’s not a war that a black man hasn’t fought in and there’s not a march that a white man hasn’t marched in. Still here we are over 400 years later. So, I ask, what has changed and what has remained the same? (as you take time to answer this question keep in mind, opposition has always been present on both accords.). After you have answered that question, I now ask you. Do you get the picture and understand what the real problem is?
See; Bacon, King Jr., J.F.K., Baldwin, Malcolm X, The Black Panther Party, Carmichael and etc. knew what the problem is. Do You? “No. You say.” well, here are a few examples.

1. “The Casual Killing of Slaves Act” in 1669 states:
Whereas the only law in force for the punishment of refractory servants resisting their master, mistress, or overseer cannot be inflicted upon negroes nor the obstinacy of many of them by violent means suppressed. Be it enacted and declared by this grand assembly, if any slave resist his master (or others by his master’s order correcting him) and by the extremity of the correction should chance to die, that his death shall not be accounted [a] felony, but the master (or the other person appointed by the master to punish him) be acquitted from molestation, since it cannot be presumed that [premeditated] malice (which one makes murder felony) should induce any man to destroy his own estate.

2. In 1705 it became Law:
For any person or persons whatsoever, to kill and destroy such slaves by such ways and means as he, she, or they shall think fit, without accusation or impeachment of any kind for the same.
If the runaway slave was killed, the government would reimburse the owner for the loss of his slave, and if the slave was returned alive they would do to him whatever they deemed fit in order to send a message to the rest of the slaves thinking about running.

3. Donald Trump said, “I am a president of law and order, and an ally to all peaceful protests.”. He says this right before shooting rubber bullets and tear gas at protesters, to clear the way for him to go and give a speech about deploying more officers to shoot and harm more protesters.
Do you get it and understand it now?
You say, “now is the time for us to have the uncomfortable conversation.” I agree. There has not been a better time than right now for us to have the conversation and demand the true changes that we so desperately need as a nation.
As a man; who is fighting for my FREEDOM, striving for LIBERTY, willing to come to an agreement upon JUSTICE, and hoping for EQUALITY for All in a NATION DIVIDED; I am ready and willing to have the conversation about the true problem and the solutions needed. ARE YOU? And most importantly, AMERICA, ARE YOU WILLING TO LISTEN?

Sincerely,
