My name is Dennis Martin. I’m 38 years old & I’m currently incarcerated in VA. Unfortunately, I’ve been incarcerated since I was 17 years old & was never given a second chance at life. So, trust me, I have a whole lot to say (as far as the blogs go). The day of my apprehension was Feb. 11, 2000, & my current release date is Aug. 30, 2021. That date is subject to change because as of July 1st (next month), I’ll finally be eligible for parole. As of right now though, I have a little over a year left to serve.
Suzie, I’m at a point in my life where I feel like I need to be heard & I want to personally thank you for providing me with this platform. I’m more than happy to finally be able to transform some of my inner thoughts & feelings into words only to enlighten, uplift, & enhance all those that choose to read them. I always try to keep my energy kinetic & my mind at ease so that I can acknowledge & embrace positivity from all angles. I feel that my words will provide inner strength to some, a desire to better themselves to some, a sense of self worth & value to some, & the willingness to in embrace change in all.
I plan on utilizing this platform on a regular basis. I have so much to say, pertaining to many different aspects of reality so, whatever’s on my mind & I feel that it really needs to be heard. Thanks again for your willingness to provide this form of communication. I really do appreciate it.
