black people fought in the wars to protect this country too, so technically racist white people are disrespecting the flag. “the American flag” stands for equality by one nation, because the black people still today are not treated equally. whether its with the police officers or the court rooms, the schools or the work forces even the paychecks or healthcare. praise be to Colin Kaepernick for choosing his people over money, that’s a true definition of a man, he’s a true African American hero.
