Are you ok? Nah seriously, are you ok? We forget to ask people this question. The person you speak to everyday, may be secretly dying inside, and you’ve never stopped to ask, are u ok? well I’m asking…

Trials of life can be stressful, painful, and devastating. Whether it be finances, sickness, heartbreak or death. They can leave us wounded, scarred, and broken.

People go through things daily…, but no matter the storm, continue to stand.

Isaiah 40:29 says “He gives POWER to the weak, and to those who have no might he increases THEIR STRENGTH.”

YOU WILL GET THROUGH IT, trust me. So push your shoulders back, hold your head high, and stand.

When you’re grieving the loss of someone you love, stand… When you’ve been hurt, lied to, or betrayed, stand. When the bills are overdue, or the doctor gives a negative prognosis, stand.

When no one else will stand with you, or by you… Stand! Stand Strong!
