Forgiveness doesn’t mean that the Pain goes away or even that the wound disappears. Those scars testify to what We’ve survived & the Strength We’ve acquired as a result. They’re the Proof of GOD’s Power because HE uses Our Pain to help Us Grow into what We’re Created to be!!
Forgiveness means not living in the wrong done to Us, no longer being a victim of it, but instead letting go in order to Heal. We can’t ask for Understanding or 2nd chances from others if We can’t give that same grace or forgiveness to others! Forgiving isn’t an “event” or a “moment” either; it’s a process & it takes time, willingness, & patience!
