Hello, my name is Lawrence D. Williams and Im originally from Detroit,Mi. I have been incarcerated here in the state of Ohio for 18 years for 2 counts of Capital murder and serving a two life without parole sentence. Furthermore, I am currently in the appeal process and requesting professional assistance. There are several errors that was not raised in direct appeal by state appoited attorney. I am needing an attorney to “only review” these issues that was not raised on appeal, and if issues have merit, to then represent me in appeal process pro bono. In addition, one of the believed errors is that during trial in capital murder case the jury was instructed that it could return a guilty verdict on the lesser included offense of murder, the form that was given to the jurors did not include this opotion.
