  1. If you hurt someone and say you are sorry, it means you do not want them to hurt. Either you did not want to hurt them at the time you hurt them, or maybe you did but you want to acknowledge the other person’s feelings. So, apologizing is far better than not apologizing because it shows you have a heart. The difficulty though is realizing that people have a choice to forgive you or not. Sometimes sorry is NOT enough and they will make the choice not to forgive you and you have to just accept that.
