This is, to me, the REAL “Lord’s Prayer” as taught by Matthew 6:9-13, and reiterated by Dr. Luke at 11:2-4:
“Our Father (“Spiritual Guide”), who is leading us on this Spiritual journey called “deh-rek” (pronounced “day-reck”-Heb.#1870; meaning “The Way”). Who art in heaven (“the Eternal”-Gk. #3772); hallowed (“holy, sacred, and venerated”-Gk. #37) be thy name, Yahweh. Thy kingdom (“rule, royal authority, and power”-Gk. #932) come; thy will (“purpose”-Gk. #2307) IN earth *(“WITHIN this earthen vessel”-Heb. “in egrets”; #776, and Gk. “ge”; #1093) as it is in the Eternal. Give us this day our daily bread (“artos”-provide for us the daily sustenance for the Spiritual LIFE”; Gk. #740; i.e., the “Quickening” – see specifically 2 Cor. 4:6-7; and ff. PS. 119:37(b); ROM. 8:11; 1 Cor. 15:45; Eph. 2:5; Col. 2:13; and esp. Jn. 5:21 and 6:63; these refs. are VITAL for comprehensive appreciation of the connotation herein). And forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And “LEAD” us (“darak”-Heb. #1869, pronounced “daw-rawk”, combined with the Gk. #5342, “eisphero” means “to ‘carry inward’ “– lit. or fig. — “to ‘bring inward’ ; the idea of “leading one inwardly, connecting with one’s center, and indicative of a “point reached” or “entered of purpose,” until “-phero,” one is compelled/impelled by the power of Yahweh, not acting according to one’s of own volition, or even expressing one’s own thoughts, but one is inwardly being led to fulfill the express will and purpose of Yahweh); not allowing us to be tempted by the external, but delivering us from the evil (“hroo-om-ahee”-Gk. 4506); preserving us from any influences other than Yahweh, for thine is the kingdom, and the power (that is centrally at work within us), and thine is the glory forever and ever.
