My name is Nabil, but most people call me “AK” for short. I am 20 years old, and currently incarcerated at Lake Erie Correctional Institution in Ohio. I have been locked up since June of 2017. My release date at the latest is June of 2024. I was arrested at 18 years old and indicted on charges in 2 different counties. I was convicted of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification in one county, and convicted of drug trafficking(marijuana) in another county. I ended up with a 7 year prison sentence for my mistakes.
Fast forward to now, I am attempting to freestyle an introduction for a blogging website. Someone who I associate with mentioned to me about this blog website because they thought I might be interested. In fact, I am interested. So here I am writing my first blog. I never really was interested in reading or writing blogs but this is a start.
I don’t think that I could do justice to myself by trying to introduce myself in this one introduction blog. Like most people who have any kind of dimension to their character; I am interested in many things, have hobbies, have experienced various things, and have goals and plans for the future. In my future submittions, I’ll probably share more about my life up to now, and my future. And other things I think about and feel like writing.
