If you want to meet your soul mate, take a look in the mirror. I used to speak of love as giving and receiving, an energy or exchange between myself and someone else; something we feel, give and expect in return. It’s easy to speak of love when i’m in love, because when love is in ” currency-mode’, the back and forth yumminess feels so great, i want to shout it out to the world. Yet how can we source this same deliciousness even if we are not currently in love, or an even harder question, how do we access pure love amidst a heartbreak.
