Michael Clay, A533-044
Mansfield Correctional Inst.
Mansfield, Ohio 44901
My name is Michael, but my friends call me Smooth; it’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m thirty- four years young, and I’m serving fifteen years to life for the offense of murder, and my first parole date is December 4 2021. Notwithstanding this conviction, I’m mild mannered, often optimistic, and a kid at heart, but I can be truely passionate concering issues that move me. I’m blunt, and I speak my mind I don’t believe in wasting time beating around the bush. I believe in honesty, trust, respect, and loyalty. I also believe in family, for me family is my foundation and keeps me grounded.
During my time in prison, among other things, I developed a true desire for the practice of law. I’m currently working on my undergrad in communication, so when I’m released I can enroll into law school. I currently hold a diploma in Paralegal studies/Legal Assisting. I am also an advocate for prisoner’s rights. I hope that my blogs will inspire thinking, understanding, and change.
I am most appreciative of this opportunity, and look forward to your thoughts, and comments. You can contact me direct at the address cited above, or e-mail me through Jpay.
