POEM by- KARLTON M.KINCAID

“WORTH”

my value of effort, worth more,
effortless endeavor, worth’s sword,
values stabbed core, worth’s chore,
my worth’s blood pours on thine floor,

vein pinched sore,
when in vain I work for,
for which effort earns nor,
compensation or,

my worth’s vain pore,
sweat from await a door,
open for me a tour,
through gain a gift assures,

what’s worth which works for,
invaluable spirit’s war,
fights for which towards,
a give is up-ward,
