POEM by- KARLTON M.KINCAID

“FOOL”

may I be,
perhaps to be,
or choose to be,
a fool to thee.

thee of which is foolishly,
a fool to fool the one less being,
the sneak is cunning, is it you or me,
a fool to be fooled by who will cheat.

a cheat will thee, if weak will be,
no excuse explains how hard a freak,
maybe a fool, perhaps a freak,
a choice to fool yourself believes.

an escape sought, and pretends free.
ashamed is the fool whose make-believe,
fake a foe, a friend is least.
whose the best fool to trick a jynx?
