“THIEF”
what I had was special,
especially now that it’s settled,
she settles on my heart so restful,
restless, my chest is now unfull.
what was mine, so genuine,
authentic, pure, and priceless,
i’d trade nothing of her, she’s been mine since,
and now there is one who will pay for it.
my love is unfaded,
clear, shrewd, and untainted,
my world is her’s and she’s left with it,
come back to me, I’ve been ruined since.
I pray for the death of which has stolen,
I pray she returns, shall she be born again.
curse him who has her innocence.
the loss we share, the thief’s pinch.
