Try not to tell the reader they don’t understand, when they haven’t told you that yet. People will always judge. It’s in their nature – yours too. If you want people to know the truth, then tell the story without prejudging how they’ll receive it. You have a good way with words.
Look into meditation and how to have an out of body experience. Although you’re imprisoned you’ll find that it’s possible for your soul to travel. I know it sounds weird but look into it.
