David Bomber

Q. And now — Later on after that, who is Kristen Snow?

A. Kristen Snow? She was the girl that lived across from us and the person that I later stayed with.

Q. Okay. So, after the stabbing, you weren’t able to live in the apartment?

A. No.

Q. Okay. But, at some point did you stay with Kristen Snow?

A. Yes, I did.

Q. And for approximately what period of time did you and Kristen live together?

A. I’ll say right before September to the first week of January?

Q. Okay. And — And, Kristen also works at Hardee’s?

A. She used to.

Q. Okay. But, during that period of time, did she work at Hardee’s?

A. Yes, she did.

Q. Okay. Was there some problem that you had observed between David and Kristen that afternoon at the pool?

A. No.

Q. Okay. Did you see them exchange words?

A. They exchanged words, but there wasn’t argumental. Like, they were —

Q. What were they talking about?

A. He yelled out to her, just — you know, trying to mess with her. Like, hey do you think that you could get that? And she just like, I can get anything. And I started laughing, and he was saying, you know, I could probably get anybody that I wanted. And that made me really jealous and he knew it. And he just looked around behind to the left where there was another girl. And he said, Hi, how are you? And that’s when I started crying, because I get extremely jealous. And I looked over at Kristen and she shook her head at the girl and said don’t talk to him. And I said, David can we please just go to the apartment? And he was — you know, I’m just playing, right? I’m like, yeah I know, but please can we just go back to the apartment?

Q. And you all did?

A. Yes.

Q. Now, as far as any of these events that you all described at the pool, did Mr. Worrell have anything to do with any of them?

A. No.

Q. He’s just around?

A. Yes.

Q. Okay. During this time at the pool, did he and David continue to drink?

A. I believe David had a glass of the vodka and cranberry juice mixed together. But it wasn’t a very large glass, but Mr. Worrell had a (inaudible) — Do you know what I’m talking about?

Q. Uh-huh.

A. It was red with a silver cap completely full of vodka and cranberry juice.

Q. Okay. And so, did all three (3) of you leave the pool area together?

A. Yes.

Q. Okay. And where did you go?

A. Mr. Worrell said, come on lets go back to my apartment. And I was like, no — no, because David was at that point, he was still joking around with me and not really realizing, you know other peoples’ access of seeing him walk like that with me. But he was fumbling his feet around.

Q. Okay. So, what did you do?

A. I had him put his arm around me, and he kissed me on the forehead. And I said, as Mr. Worrell was walking to his apartment, I said, no we’re going to our apartment. You can go to your apartment or you can back down here, I don’t care what you do. And he followed us back to our apartment.

Q. Okay. When you got back to you all’s apartment, what happened there?

A. Mr. Bomber and Mr. Worrell sat down on the couch, and I sat down in front of the love seat. In the floor.

Q. Okay. What did you all talk about?

A. Uh —

Q. Well, about what time was this?

A. Probably around, maybe five-ish.

Q. Okay. Did you all discuss dinner?

A. Uh-huh.

Q. Okay. What did you all discuss concerning dinner?

A. Either to order pizza or for me to prepare something.

Q. Okay. And did — What was the decision?

A. We never did decide. We never — I’d — I’d went in, like, and opened up a box of pasta mix — the pasta salad mix. And I was going to make it, bug I never did.

Q. Okay. Well — What happened next?

A. They were — They were still talking okay.

Q. Did a problem develop —

A. When I walked back —

Q. Between the two (2) of them?

A. Into the kitchen — I mean , when I walked out from the kitchen after opening the box, David had moved over to the computer to and was showing Michael some pictures of his kids.

Q. Pictures that were on his computer?

A. Yeah.

Q. Okay.

A. And he — When I went over and moved back into the living room that’s when Mr. Bomber followed back over and sat back down on the couch.

Q. Okay. So, both you and David are on the couch now?

A. No, it’s still Mr. Worrell and Mr. Bomber on the couch. I’m still in my same position from where I first came in, and that’s in front of the love seat.

Q. Okay. Sure. What happened next?

A. They were — They were still talking about West Virginia, I believe. And then that conversation ended because it didn’t seem like it was going nowhere, and David said, okay, don’t seem like we’re going tonight.

Q. And what happened next?

A. David began talking to him, and I believe Mr. Worrell started the conversation back up about being a Marine.

Q. Okay. Now, so he started talking about his experiences in the Marines?

A. Yes.

Q. Okay. And this wasn’t the first time?

A. No.
