IF I ONLY KNEW THEN, WHAT I KNOW NOW…( BY CHARLES G. ALLEN)

Wondering where in life i made the wrong turn,
Thinking when i was younger of my misdeeds i wasn’t concerned.

Now i’m wishing i had the chance to do it all over again,
To go back to a time before all my worries and troubles began.

Only if i knew then, what i know now—how much better i would be,
Then the differences between my rights and wrongs i would be able to see.

I know that’s wishful thinking as others might say,
But oh howw much of a better person i would be today.

I know living in the past will only waste engery and time,
If i try to change the person i am now maybe i’ll be fine.

So i’ll continue to work on the person inside of me,
That’s has to be the answer to all my prombles,YES! That’s the key..

I hope u enjoy the poems until next time LOVE AND PEACE
