-wakes up at 5: am every day
-exercizes every day
-makes his own bed
-cleans his room
-works sincerely
-does not touch alcohol
-does not smoke
-helps in the kitchen
-does not indulge in the night life
-is always punctual
-prays daily
-reads
-hits the bed at 9: pm sharp
where do you find such a perfect man?

it is not the critic who cants, not the man who pionts outhow the strong man stumbles, otr where the doer of deeds could have dont them better. the credit actually belong to the man who actuallyin the arena, whose force is married by dust, and sweet and blood who strives valiantly who errs, who comes up shor agaian and again, because there is no effort whitout error and shortcomings but who does actually strive to dothe deeds whoknows great enthusiasms, the great devotions who spends himslef in a worthy cases hoat the knows in the end the triumph of highachievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while doring greatly, so the his place shall nevee with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.

I love this. It just gives me strength from the “haters” and reminds me that its not the critic who counts. Nor the people who judge and just “talk the talk”. So just remember today, let’s be positive, nice, kind and motivate one another. If you fall down or fail, it don’t matter. Just get back up. Be it life, sports, relationships etc…So have a good day free world.
