On this day, April 2nd 2018, I have completed the first, rough draft of my manuscript, ‘A Splendid Compromise’! HALLEUJAH!! It has taken a little over 10 months to get a complete rough draft, but I have persevered and finished the first part of this long race. I know I might have told you all that I would have it fully completed by August, but it seems that September is a more probable due date.
I am beyond excited and words can’t describe my elation. I has been tough to say the least. Probably one of the most toughest things I have ever done in my life. I had no clue what I was getting into back in May of last year. I had originally started out to do a short story, but it turned into an approximately 300 page novel. Crazy right? Anyways, I wanted to give you all a progress report and hope that you are all telling your friends, family, co-workers, even your enemies about the book. =)
