My name is Elliott Hill #1101156@JPay.com, I am currently being held at Buckingham Correctional Center. I am 35 years old, and have been incarcerated now for 21 years. My intake date was 1997, my release date is 2035. I’m from Portsmouth, VA. I always try to see the best part of people, because its easy to find what you feel the worst part of a person is. Meaning I challenge myself and try my best not to think inside of a box. I was “locked up” for first degree murder at 16 years old for a crime I never committed. I have been fighting to prove my Actual Innocence every since my conviction. All though I have Affidavits from an eye witness who state I didn’t do it, and an affidavit from two alibis that tell my were abouts at the time of the crime. Yet its still a fight everyday as I file a Non biological Actual Innocence petition.
