FOR THE PAST COUPLE MONTHS W.C.I ,HAS WITH HOLDING MY DEAR. FRIEND “SEAN SWAINS” MAIL AND OR ALTERING , MAKING EXCUSE’S WHY HE CAN NOT RECEIVE THE CONTENTS OF MAIL/CD/ ANYTHING, THEY CAME AND PACKED HIM UP AROUND 2:45 PM 3-29-2018 TOOK HIM TO T.P.U. = SEG, NO TICKET, NO REASON AS TO WHY BUT WE ALL KNOW ITS CAUSE HE’S EXPOSING THEIR CRIME, THEY DO COMMITT CRIMES HERE AT W.C.I, THE WARDEN IS VERY INCOMPETENT INFACT HE SHOULD’NT EVEN HAVE THE KEYS TO A GOLF CART. THEY ONLY CAME TO TAKE THIS INMATE TO SEG BECOUSE THEY ARE INTIMIDATED , MOSTLY I GUESS BECOUSE HE’S GETTING CLOSE TO EXPOSING THEIR CRIMES, ANYONE READING THIS E-MAIL I WOULD ERG TO CALL UP HERE AT W.C.I AND COMPLAIN TO WHY THEY ARE USING SUCH CRUEL WAYS TO SLOW/TRY AND. BREAK HIS WILL. THEY TOSSED ALL HIS ELECTRONIC’S IN THE BACK OF A CART , “TV,AMP,TYPE WRITTER, (etc)”” mind you they waited till it was raining, didn’t bother covering these expensive things,

Kody, I think it is admiral that you are speaking out for your inmate, and even at the risk of jeopardizing your fair treatment.
I’m wondering if WCI (Maryland) is a little too close to the White House? But there are two things against every inmate.
You are branded a criminal until ‘time served’. And only federal prisoners receive the perks you’ve mentioned in your post.
They can hold his mail for several reasons. Contraband of any kind, including pornography; and detrimental dialogue against the government (terrorism). We live in a police state, and soon Marshall Law will be declared throughout all the states.
Bad Warden or not, the 2nd thing is internal politics. It’s their rules on their turf. Rule #1, you don’t bite the hand that feeds you.
Kody, this is a messed up world right now, and it’s going to get a hell of a lot darker. Pray for your friend. Pray for yourself. Pray for the Warden and his staff. I have no answers because I am not there. Nor am I an atty who takes on these types of allegations.
There are 298 million people out here wondering why you are all in there, and afraid to find out the truth, because you and I know, much of it is very ugly. And I will pray for you all too.
