I recently sent the following email to WCI prison officials:
Please be advised that I received disposition from Ms. Hill to a grievance I filed. That disposition asserts that WCI does not recognize the legal existence of the Army of the 12 Monkeys unincorporated association.
Interesting. Not sure when ODRC fart-goblins got into the “interpretation of section 1745 of the Ohio Revised Code” business, but since you ARE in that business, a few questions for you:
–Are you asserting that the Ohio Secretary of State somehow registered the Army of the 12 Monkeys in a way that the registration is not legal?
–Are you asserting that ORC Section 1745.07 does not declare that the laws of this state govern all unincorporated associations, including the Army of the 12 Monkeys?
–Are you asserting that ORC Section 1745.08 does not make the Army of the 12 Monkeys a “legal entity” under Ohio law?
–Are you asserting that ORC Section 1745.11 does not provide statutory authority for all unincorporated associations, including the Army of the 12 Monkeys, to “sue and be sued”?
–Are you asserting that your interpretation of ORC Section 1745 is superior to the elected office-holder whose duty is to interpret it, or that your interpretation is superior to the Ohio Attorney General… who says the Army of the 12 Monkeys is properly registered as an unincorporated association?
Please be advised that since WCI does not “recognize” the legal existence of the Army of the 12 Monkeys, the Army of the 12 Monkeys no longer recognizes the legal existence of WCI. Please pack everything in your desks into cardboard boxes and exit the premises immediately.
Oh. And I need a ride home. Any of you driving past New Mexico?

The Army of the 12 Monkeys is in its 4th season, which is a spin-off of the Movie featuring Bruce Willis as the time traveler sent to locate them. How did you get involved with the series…or are you using someone elses copy-write?
I would find it hard to recognize you also. Especially as an entity which you feel you are. Two organizations cannot have the same names.
Perhaps you could expound on this, and assure me you are the original Army of the 12 Monkeys. If you can’t, then change your name.
