Language of Romance. by Jakob Helleis

superfluous,superfluous,but not too superfluous,yet
the whole of it,more than enough,
redundantly undulating crest to shore from no wave goodbye.

funny how we regretfully reject or dumbly doubt
love as if we divorce ourselves the
truth we’ve put faith in to be doubly merry about.

few tounges, less songs, and countless halved hearts
are able to grasp the lonely hands
only lips on lips express unspoken, knowing the oceans loneliness.
