I know for me I hate going to the Doctor. I think that goes for most people. We sometimes are embarrassed to discuss what it is going on with us. I had a Doctors appointment the other day and decided to tell the Doctor about my back isues . After being examined by the Doctor I find out that I should have seen the Doctor sooner. My back is worst then I thought and because I procrastinated seeing the Doctor I now might have permanent damage in my spine. lesson learned.
