I called home to say Merry Christmas to mom and dad and got more than I was expecting.

When I mom answered the phone I told her Merry Christmas and were just talking for a few minutes before someone else wanted to say hi.

I thought that was cool. I didn’t have to ask. Someone wanted to say hi to me. Wonder who it is?

A very chipper high pitch voice said “Hi Uncle Jesse, Merry Christmas.”

I was shocked and delighted at the same time. A warm happy feeling came over me and I said “Hi, Merry Christmas” back all while trying to figure out who I was talking to.

It could have been one of three girls. I wonder who?

I asked a few general questions then realized it was the oldest.

I’m not very good at talking to kids and knowing what to say or even what to ask her.

I’ve never met her or any of the kids, and don’t know much about what they like or what their doing or even what happends in their daily life.

The the only thing I could think of was to tell her about the present that I am mailing her.

When I said, “I made you a present and I am mailing it to you for Christmas, you should get it soon.”

I heard her say in a VERY surprised tone. “YOU DID!?” and then the phone sounded like it was dropped.

My mom come on and asked what I said. I told her what I said, then I wanted to know how she reacted and what she did.

Mom said, Her eyes got really wide, she dropped the phone and ran of yelling about her present. I guess she wanted to go tell everyone about it. She was really happy and excited.

That kinda made my whole evening to hear that. Then I was told that I have 3 videos of the kids opening presents She jhst sent to JPay.

Jpay has a feature that let’s people record a 30 second video clip and send it to us. I really like this feature because it let’s me see these kids in real time instead of just in pictures. I love it!

All in all, that really made my night and it was a great present to receive.
