It’s Wednesday today. I am happy to say that on Monday I recieved my food package my beautiful family ordered for me.
I got nothing but cocoa puff cereal, cinnamon toast crunch & a jar of Maxwell House coffee.
I also got a new book yesterday about how to survive after prison, I haven’t looked at it really yet, I got plenty of othe reading to do first.
The rain is coming down so hard out there, the wind is pushing it sideways off the pavement. I It looks like a monsoon.
I started using the ab wheel yesterday, my stomach is pretty hard, but loose skin at the bottom is flabby so I am tightening it up. I love that ab wheel you can feel it working.

Wasup!!! Today is Thursday, finally a repreive from the rain. Last night there was a rain storm, the power kept going out. I looked out my window at the basketball court & the rain was coming down so hardand the wind was blowing so hard that the rain was hydroplaning
of the pavement.
Everybody says it’s supposed to be an early spring this year. For some reason the weather here is backwards, most places when it’s spring it rains, here when it’s spring the rain actually begins to stop…Imagine that right!
I hit the eliptical this afternoon, I hit the arm bicycle thing & did chest & arms, then I hit the ab wheel & worked out my stomach
Tonight I played basketball, came back had a snack of 3 oranges, handful of carrots, some cereal and peanut butter

Today is Friday. It is a nice day out here, by nice I mean no rain, well at leats for now I hope it don’t rain.
The jpay system once again is having problems
It’s crazy how after the reps from the company come here last week to address the problems,that they seem to have gotten worse now all of a sudden.
Nobody has been able to download any music & the computers keep freezing up, it is pathetic.
I mean people pay good money for a service, but since we are in prison they can get away with taking the money providing a bad service and then there is nothing that we can do with it.
When we have our families on the outside either call or email the Jpay company, they either don’t respond, send people on a run around from employee to employee & act very rude & unprofessional.
I hope that the state gets rid of Jpay & we get a better company that will provide a good service with lower prices.
Personally I am still waiting for them to fix my player so I can plug it into the computer.
