When I was at WSP (Walla Walla) I grew to hate the address : 1313 13th ST.

Many unfortunate men have found themselves behind” the walls”, and they know all too well the darkness of that place !

When those beige bars come banging closed , and you find yourself in a cage with two other snarling beasts, it seems as if the world has ended …

I could tell stories of killings I have seen and heard, of homosexual rape ,fighting, strong arm robbery, and the crazy political structure therein. But I would only be feeding into the negative attitude that closed custody breeds .

There was only one way I could deal with Walla Walla,and that was to do my time with Jesus Christ.

Thus I became a prisoner for my Lord and Savior.

Along the way The Holy Spirit led me to a Bible verse…

“And now abides faith, hope, and love, these three; but the greatest of these is love”(1 Corinthians 13:13).

I found the love of God behind the walls!

My life Will never be the same because of those experiences.

So one day 14 years ago the Lord put something on my mind: to end all my correspondence with an ending to memorialize my stay at WSP:
