Snow white feather
dancing the breath
of gentle summer sigh.
Entranced I watch
rhythems sculpted
in flowing artistry.
Forgetting for moments
tears I’ve yet to shed
and pain of dreams dying.
So caught in the flow
heart took the beat
voices came in softened warble.
Unmistakable nature’s song
blending water and wind
bird, cricket and coyote.
